Model SU800 Single-Use pH Sensor for Use with BPCs

The SU800 is a new, single-use pH sensor designed for preinstallation into any bioprocessing container (BPC) with a standard 1-inch hose barb port. The sensor is a small, single-use insertion/retraction assembly designed with a built-in buffer storage chamber with electrolyte for long-term storage or to perform a 1-point standardization. The sensor can be inserted and retracted multiple time without the loss of storage electrolyte into the media. The sensor can be used for upstream and downstream bioprocess applications, including media mixing, buffer prep, and large-scall cell culture.

SU600 pH Sensor Series Single-Use Flow-Through pH Sensors for 1/8-Inch, 1/4-Inch, and 3/8-Inch Flex Tubing

The SU600 single-use flow-through pH sensor series is for downstream applications where pH is continuously measured in media flowing through flex tubing in sizes between 1/8 inch and 3/8 inch. The sensors are ideal for use in perfusion systems and downstream bioprocess applications including viral inactivation, protein refolding, and pH adjustment of feed suspension.

SU100 Series Single-Use BPC Gas Wells for DO and CO2 Sensors

SU100 series gas wells are designed for preinstallation into a bioprocessing container (BPC) with subsequent gamma sterilization. Each gas well features a steel mesh reinforced, gas permeable silicone rubber membrane. The sensor works behind the membrane to measure gas partial pressure of the BPC media. The gas well’s rugged membrane is rated to 30 psig and provides a sterile barrier that eliminates the need to autoclave sensors, saving time and reducing the risk of media contamination or sensor damage.
