| 1) Is Local Technical Support available for the BioNet System? Yes, we have a large and highly trained team of Sales & Service professionals. 2) If there is a problem with the BioNet System do End Users need to send it to the factory for Service? No, BioNet Certified Service Technicians provide assistance over the Phone or On-line as needed. Should a hands-on approach be required a BioNet Certified Field Service Technician will visit to ensure they are up and running as quickly as possible. We also offer our Express Module Replacement Service which guarantees that critical components are on-site within 24 hours. 3) Where are the BioNet Service Centers located? We have 15-plus BioNet Authorized Service Centers throughout North America & Europe. 4) What is the warranty period for the BioNet System? The standard BioNet System warranty is One Year (12 months). 5) Do you offer Routine Maintenance Contracts for the BioNet System? Yes, the BioNet Service Group is able to offer service contracts covering a large number of items including Process Maintenance, Calibrations, System Upgrades and the like. 6) Is training available for the BioNet System? Yes, we offer comprehensive training in every aspect of the BioNet System. This includes Bioreactors/Fermentors, DeltaV, BioNet Operating System, Maintenance, Repair, Batch/Recipe Configuration and more. 7) Do you provide the option for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the BioNet System? Yes, we invite customers to conduct an FAT at our facilities in Southern California. 8) Do you provide the option for a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of the BioNet System? Yes, we invite customers to conduct a SAT to which we can send a team of Certified BioNet Service professionals. These are usually Bundled with BioNet System Installation, Orientation and Training. 9) Do you provide a comprehensive documentation package with the BioNet System? Yes, we provide a documentation package consisting of the following: - Operators Manual - Mechanical Drawings - Electrical Drawings - Key Equipment List - Functional Specification - Factory Acceptance Test Plan (FAT) - Site Acceptance Test Plan (SAT) |
