A.  All of our BioNet Control Systems are manufactured in our new facility in Irvine, California USA.  This facility houses the manufacturing of our BioNet Control Systems, as well as our BioNet Bioreactors, and is only steps away from our Sensor manufacturing facility.    

Q.  What applications are available for the BioNet Bioreactor Control System?

A.  We offer the BioNet Bioreactor Control System for Cell Culture or Fermentation applications. In addition, it is enabled to manage either Autoclavable or SIP/CIP applications.   

Q.  Is it true that the BioNet Bioreactor Control System is priced competitively with systems from Applikon, B. Braun, New Brunswick, etc…?

A.  Yes.  We have positioned the BioNet Bioreactor Control System to be highly competitive.

Q.  What is the availability of the BioNet Bioreactor Control System?

A.  We are able typically to deliver a BioNet Bioreactor Control System in 8-10 weeks after final drawing approval.

Q.  If there is a problem with the BioNet Bioreactor Control System do I need to send it to the factory or is Field Service available?

A.  Factory Authorized BioNet Sales & Service Centers are available throughout North America.  As such, our Service professionals are nearby to troubleshoot your system and ensure you are back up and running as quickly as possible.

Q.  What is the warranty for the BioNet System?

A.  The standard BioNet Bioreactor Control System warranty is One Year from the Site Acceptance Test.

Q.  Is training available for the BioNet Bioreactor Control System?

A.  Yes.  We provide on-site product training during the initial installation of the BioNet Bioreactor Control System and there is an extensive array of more advanced training available.
